Eligibility

Timeline

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of your order's shipment date.

Condition Requirements

Tights and Under Shorts Must be in their sealed, original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened packages cannot be accepted unless explicitly approved by our Customer Service.

All other items Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original hang tags attached.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Opened Tights or Under Shorts packages

  • Items discounted 60% or more (final sale)

  • Items that have been tried on, washed, or are missing original packaging


How to Request a Return

  1. Confirm eligibility using the criteria above. If you're unsure, contact us at [email protected] before submitting.

  2. Submit your return via the Return Form in your account settings.

  3. Receive your label by email.

  4. Ship within 15 days — pack your item securely and drop it off using the provided label.

  5. Refund issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected (minus return shipping fees).

Please note: We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, return your item and place a new order.

Order Issues, Address Errors & Unclaimed Packages

Our error: If we make an error on your order, we will correct it at no extra charge.

Address errors: If a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to a customer-provided address error, we are unable to reship at no charge. Please check with the residents at that address. If the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus any applicable shipping fees.

Unclaimed packages: Please ensure your delivery address is correct and that you collect your parcel promptly. Carriers typically hold parcels for a limited number of days. We are not responsible for costs incurred from unclaimed packages.

Our tights are crafted with care and are known for their quality, but they are delicate and require care. If they snag or are damaged on the first wear, please contact our team at [email protected] — we are committed to making it right and will work with you on a solution.
